Steps to start the Import
Step 1: Access the Importer Tool in Richpanel
- Log in to your Richpanel account.
- Navigate to the Settings section, located in the lower left corner of the dashboard.
- Under Settings, find and select the Data Management option.
- Within Data Management, you'll find the Import Data section. Click on it to proceed.
Step 2: Choose Zendesk as Your Import Source
- In the Import Data section, you will see a list of supported help desks from which you can import data. Select Zendesk.
- You will be prompted to enter your Zendesk account details. This includes your Zendesk domain, along with your Zendesk username and password. Ensure these details are correct to establish a secure connection.
Step 3: Select the Data to Import
- Once your Zendesk account is successfully connected, you'll be presented with options to select the specific types of data you want to import. This typically includes:
- Tickets
- Tags
- Settings
- Choose the data you wish to import. You can select all categories or specific ones based on your needs.

- After selecting the data categories, initiate the import process by clicking on the Import button.
