Quick Start Guide
Follow these steps to get up and running with Richpanel quickly!
1. Import your data
If you are migrating from an existing helpdesk. Start by importing your data from your previous helpdesk.
2. Connect your support channels
You can connect all your support channels in Richpanel to unify conversations in one place. Richpanel supports integrations with email, chat, sms, Facebook, Instagram, phone (via Aircall) and more.
To get started head over to Settings→ Channels and select the channels you wish to connect. For detailed instructions, follow these guides.

If you have an ecommerce store, connect it to Richpanel by going to settings→ Integrations → select your cart platform from the list and follow the steps shown on the screen.
Connecting your cart platform enables the following features
- Access orders in Richpanel helpdesk
- Add chat widget to your store
- Let customers track and manage orders

Simply navigate to Settings → Users & teams → Add users. Add all the team members that will be needing access to the platform.
