Use this guide to connect your Ecommerce store to Richpanel.
Connecting your cart platform enables the following features
- Access orders in Richpanel helpdesk: Whenever a customer reaches out, agents will be able to view customer orders next to the conversations.
- Add chat widget to your store: The integration will automatically add the JS snippet on the website. This won’t automatically make the widget visible till you make it visible.
- Let customers track and manage orders: Your customers will be able to track and manage orders inside self-service portal.
To get started
If you have an ecommerce store, connect it to Richpanel by going to settings→ Integrations → select your cart platform from the list and follow the steps shown on the screen.
