Steps to Install Richpanel
Step 1: Install Richpanel Extension
- To install the Richpanel on your Woocommerce store, navigate to Plugins → Add New Plugin in the sidebar navigation menu.
- Type Richpanel in the search box, then click the Install Now button next to the Richpanel plugin in the search results.
- After successfully installing the plugin, activate it by clicking on the Activate button present on the screen.
- After activation, the Richpanel plugin will show in your installed plugins list and a new Richpanel menu will appear in your sidebar navigation.
Step 2: Generate API Keys on Richpanel
- Login to Richpanel, navigate to Settings -> My Integrations -> Add Integration.
- Choose Woocommerce, enter your store URL, pick the brand where you want to add the store and click on Add Integration.
- Copy the API key, API secret generated and click on Verify Installation Button present at the end of the screen. You’ll be redirected to your Woocommerce admin site.
Step 3: Enable the Extension in Woocommerce
- Navigate to Richpanel in the sidebar navigation menu. Enter your API token and API secret copied in above steps and save it.
Step 4: orders to Richpanel
- To import past orders, go to Richpanel screen on your Woocommerce store, select the sync period (This represents how far back you want to sync past orders and customer data) from the dropdown, and click Sync Orders.
- Leave the tab open until the import finishes. It might take a few hours for the data to sync in and reflect in Richpanel.
