Introduction
Connecting your Instagram account to Richpanel allows you to manage customer interactions on Instagram directly from the Richpanel dashboard. This integration enables your support team to view and respond to Instagram Direct messages and comments alongside other communication channels, offering a seamless customer service experience.
Prerequisites
A valid Richpanel account with admin access.
Admin access to the Instagram account you wish to connect.
Your Instagram account must be a Business account.
Steps for connecting Instagram
Step 1: Access Your Richpanel Dashboard
- Log in to your Richpanel account. Navigate to the 'Settings' menu, located at the bottom left corner of the dashboard.
- Within 'Settings', find and click on 'Channels'. This will display all the communication channels that can be integrated with Richpanel.
- Click on the 'Add Channel' button and select 'Instagram'.
Step 2: Select Your Facebook Page
- You will be prompted to log in to your Facebook account to grant Richpanel permission to access your Instagram Business account.
- After logging in, select the Instagram Business account you wish to connect from the list of accounts you manage. Grant the requested permissions to allow Richpanel to manage conversations.
