Use Agent Forms to Collect Data About Conversations
Agent forms allow you to collect structured feedback from agents during or after customer interactions, improving data collection, performance tracking, and integration with external apps.
1. Go to Agent Forms
- In Richpanel, go to Settings > Data > Agent Forms.
2. Create a New Form
- Click on Create New Form and fill in the form’s name and description.
3. Set Form Visibility
Define when the form should appear based on conditions like:
- Team
- Assignee
- Tag
- Business Hours
- Topic
4. Add Attributes
Add different attributes (fields) for agents to fill out.
You can also create custom attributes with various field types to collect specific data based on your needs.
- Text Inputs (Single line, Multi-line)
- Option Fields (Date picker, Yes/No, Dropdown, Radio buttons, Multiple checkboxes)
- Number Fields
- Other Fields (File uploads)
You can choose to make certain fields required or leave them as optional based on the type of data you need.
5. Send Data to External Apps
- Agent forms can be integrated with external systems via HTTP Target, enabling you to send collected data to other apps for further analysis or processing.
