Use Richpanel's blacklist feature to prevent specific email addresses from sending messages to your support inbox, and to trash the old conversations helping to maintain a focused and efficient customer service environment.
Prerequisites
Admin access to your Richpanel account.
Steps to Blacklist an Email
Step 1 : Navigate to Inbox
Access your Inbox by selecting it from the sidebar navigation.
Step 2: Open a Conversation
Find and open a conversation from the email address you wish to blacklist.
Step 3: Blacklist the Email
In the Conversation Actions Header, click on the option to blacklist the email. This action will prevent any future messages from this email address from reaching your support inbox.
Conclusion
Once an email is blacklisted, you will no longer receive messages from that address, helping to streamline your customer support operations.
