Integrating TikTok Shop with Richpanel allows you to manage orders and customer communications efficiently within a centralized platform. Follow this guide to complete the integration.

The TikTok Shop integration with Richpanel enables synchronization of:
- Order Details:
- Past and upcoming orders from your TikTok Shop are synced with Richpanel for easy tracking and resolution.
- Message Communication:
- Seamless message exchange between TikTok Shop customers and the store owner or support agents within Richpanel.
Step 1: Access the Integration Settings
- Log in to your Richpanel account.
- Navigate to the Settings tab in the left-hand menu.
- Under Integrations, select My Integrations.
Step 2: Browse Available Integrations
- From the Browse All Integrations page, locate and click on TikTok Shop.
- A pop-up will appear explaining the integration benefits:
- See order data for TikTok Shop customers.
- Enrich your replies with order-related insights.
- Click Add on TikTok Shop to proceed.
Step 3: Redirect to TikTok Seller Center
- You will be redirected to the TikTok Seller Center to authorize the integration.
- Choose your account type based on your region:
- Asia Seller
- North America Seller
- Select your country (e.g., United States) and click Next.
Step 4: Authorization Options
- Confirm your TikTok Shop by selecting the shop name from the drop-down menu.
- Choose your authorization option:
- Add duration: Add the authorization period for access
- Re-authorize only: For existing integrations.
- Enter your contact email and optional phone number for further communication.
- Click Confirm to install to continue.
Step 5: Final Authorization
- Review the permissions Richpanel requires:
- Access logistics and warehouse details.
- Manage return and refund requests.
- View shop-authorized information.
- Manage customer service interactions.
- Acknowledge by ticking the checkbox and clicking Authorize.
Step 6: Integration Successful
Once authorized, a confirmation screen will appear stating that the integration is complete. Click Done to finalize the process.
