Send Outbound Message
Learn how to proactively reach out to a customer by starting a new conversation thread. This is useful when you need to address a concern, provide updates, or follow up on an order.
- Go to Inbox: Log in and navigate to the Inbox.
- Click Compose: Select Compose to start a new thread.
- Enter Customer’s Email: Type in the customer’s email address.
- Write and Send: Draft your message and click Send.
