1. Composing Conversations
Tap the compose icon located at the bottom-right corner of the inbox screen. This action will navigate you to the “New Message” screen, where you can input the recipient's contact details, subject line, and message content.
2. Adding Customer Details
When composing a conversation, adding customer information is flexible and straightforward. You can add a customer using their phone number, email, or by scanning a QR code. This flexibility allows you to communicate with customers through their preferred contact methods.
3. Filtering and Sorting Messages
