Campaigns in Richpanel let you engage customers proactively by sending targeted messages based on their behavior and preferences. This guide covers how to set up campaigns and highlights key use cases.
Steps for Creating a Chat Campaign
- Create a Campaign
- Navigate to the Campaigns section and click Create Campaign.
- Choose a name for your campaign.
- Select Chat Campaign from the options provided.
- Select Your Audience
- Choose one of the predefined options like:
- All Visitors: Target everyone visiting your site.
- Visitors During Business Hours: Engage only during your set business hours.
- Alternatively, use the Create Audience option to apply specific conditions.
