Using Audit Logs in Richpanel
Audit Logs in Richpanel allow you to track and review recent actions performed by agents, including customer updates, order edits, and tag changes. This feature is crucial for maintaining accountability and gaining insights into agent activities.
Steps to Use Audit Logs
1. Access Audit Logs
- Navigate to Settings → Users & Teams → Audit Logs in your Richpanel dashboard.
2. Filter Logs by Agent or Event
- Filter by Agent
- Click on the Agents dropdown.
- Select specific agents or choose Select All to view logs for all agents.
- Filter by Event
- Click on the Events dropdown. Select from various event types, such as:
- Order Edit
- Customer Add Tag
- Order Refund
- Draft Order Create and more!
3. Search and Narrow Down Logs
- Use the search bar to look up specific actions or keywords.
- Adjust the date range in the top-right corner to view logs for a particular time frame.
