Sort Conversations
When managing your tickets in Richpanel, sorting options help you organize conversations efficiently based on your needs.
How to Find Sorting Options
- Open your Inbox in Richpanel.
- Look for the sorting options in the top right corner.
Sorting Options Breakdown
- Newest: Conversations with the latest message appear on top.
- Oldest: Conversations with the oldest message appear on top.
- Started First: Conversations with the oldest creation date are at the top.
- Started Last: Conversations with the latest creation date are at the top.
- Last Updated: Conversations with the most recent updates are on top.
- Waiting Longest: Conversations with the longest wait time appear on top.
- Priority First: Conversations with high priority are sorted to the top.
When using the "Priority First" option, the secondary sorting is by the Newest messages, meaning high-priority conversations are at the top, followed by new conversations.
