How to Configure
1. Access the AI Moderator
- Go to AI Employees → Social Media Moderator → View in your Richpanel account.
2. Enable Auto-Hide and Set Auto-Flag Rules
- Enable rules to hide spam or offensive comments.
- Configure rules to flag comments requiring manual attention by clicking on the three dots and selecting Edit.
3. Set Replies
- Create instructions for replying to specific customer inquiries (e.g., Return or Exchange Request).
Treat the Social Media Moderator like a new team member. Provide specific instructions for how it should respond to each type of comment, just as you would train a new staff member. Clear and detailed instructions ensure accurate and consistent replies.
