Skio Integration with Richpanel : A step-by-step guide
Connect Skio to view and manage subscription inside Richpanel. Follow this guide to set it up.
Integration Highlights :

Step 1: Go to the Integration Settings
- Log in to your Richpanel account.
- From the left-hand menu, click on the Settings icon.
- Under the Integrations section, select My Integrations.
- After you click on "My Integrations," just click "Add Integration”.
Step 2: Add the Skio integration.
- On the Browse All Integrations page, either locate Skio or type Skio in the search bar.
- In the popup, select the associated Shopify store from the dropdown menu and enter your Skio API key. Refer the section below to see how to generate the API key .
How To Generate an API Key on Skio
- Log in to your Skio account, then click on "Account" on the left-hand side and select "API" from the dropdown menu or click the link here .
- Assign a name to your API key and generate it.
- Copy the API key and paste it into Richpanel (Step 2)
- Click Add Integration to complete the process.
Your Skio integration is now complete on Richpanel. You will now see a Skio subscription next to each conversation.
Step 3: View and manage subscriptions
Once your integration is complete , you’ll see all subscriptions of the customer next to the conversation.
To view this:
- Go to your inbox and open the customer conversation.
- On the right side, you’ll see the Skio subscription in the customer’s profile.
If you don’t see the Skio subscription widget:
- Click on "Edit Widget" on the customer profile.
- Under "Add Widgets," click on Skio.
- Hit the "Save Changes" button.
Now, you’ll be able to see it in the customer profile.
