Set up Macros
Macros in Richpanel allows you to manage customer queries more efficiently by using canned responses. This functionality is particularly useful for repetitive queries where the same response is applicable, saving time and ensuring consistent communication.
Steps to Set Up Macros
- Access Macro Settings: Go to the Macros section in your Richpanel Inbox.
- Create a New Macro: Click on “#” and then “Add” and define the actions or responses you want to automate. Use tokens to insert dynamic content, such as customer names or order details, into your macros. To insert token, use “%” and then the relevant options from the dropdown.
- Save and Manage: Save the macro and manage it through the macro settings. You can edit or delete macros as needed to keep them up-to-date and relevant
Steps to use Macros in Conversations
- Navigate to Macros: Access the conversation where you want to add macros and click on “#”
- Select a Macro: Choose from the list of available pre-configured responses.
- Insert and Modify: Insert the selected macro into your reply and make any necessary adjustments before sending.
