Integrating Stay.AI with Richpanel allows agents to access and manage subscription details directly from the helpdesk, enhancing efficiency and support capabilities.
Steps to Connect Your Stay.AI Account
1. Navigate to the Integration Section
- Go to Settings → Integrations in your Richpanel dashboard.
- Click on Add New Integration and select Stay.AI from the available options.
2. Select Your Store and Add API Key
- Choose the store where you are using the Stay.AI extension.
- Enter the API Key from your Stay.AI account.
- Refer to Stay.AI API Key Instructions for steps to generate your API key.
3. Complete the Integration
- Paste the API Key into the required field and click Add Integration.
- Once successfully connected, the Stay.AI integration will show as Active in the integrations list.
Features of the Stay.AI Integration
1. Subscription Overview for Agents
- When a customer with an active subscription contacts your team, agents can access detailed subscription information, including:
- Subscription Start Date
- Cancellation Date (if applicable)
- Billing Frequency
- Churned Date
- These details are visible in the Subscription Summary section.
2. Subscription Management Actions
- Agents can perform the following actions directly within Richpanel:
- Cancel Subscription: End the customer’s subscription if needed.
- Pause Subscription: Temporarily suspend the subscription.
- Set Next Billing Date: Adjust the upcoming billing date.
- Get Order Now: Place a new order for the customer.
- Skip Next Order: Allow the customer to skip their next scheduled delivery.
