Steps to Snooze a Conversation
Step 1: Navigate to Conversation View
- In your Richpanel inbox, click on the conversation you wish to snooze.
- Locate the three-dot menu (more options) on the top-right corner of the conversation panel and click on it to expand additional actions.
Step 2: Snoozing a Conversation
- From the dropdown menu, select ‘Snooze conversation’. This will open the snooze timing options.
- Choose from preset time intervals such as 1 hour, 3 hours, 6 hours, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, or 7 days. For a specific time, select 'Custom date & time' and specify when you want the conversation to reappear in your inbox.
- After setting the duration, the conversation will automatically snooze, and it will be moved to the ‘Snoozed’ view of your inbox.
