Enable Notifications for Richpanel (Mobile & PC)
To ensure you never miss an important notification on Richpanel, follow these steps to enable notifications for both mobile and PC.
Mobile Notification Settings
1. Open Richpanel App:
- Go to More > Settings > Notifications.
- Ensure that all notifications are enabled.
Make sure your phone’s notification settings are turned on, particularly for the Richpanel app.
PC Notification Settings
1. Enable Notifications in Richpanel:
- Navigate to Settings > Your Preferences > Notification Settings.
- Make sure that all notifications (including sound) are enabled.
2. Check Browser Notification Settings:
• Ensure notifications are enabled in your browser for Richpanel.
• On most browsers, you can find this under the Privacy and Security section.
3. Confirm You’re Online: Go to your profile in Richpanel and confirm that you’re set to online and are accepting live chats/tickets. You will start receiving notifications only when you’re online and actively accepting live chats or tickets.
If you want to notify all agents for all chats/tickets, set your assignment rule to manual and enable notify everyone option.
To notify only the assigned agent, use assignment and automation rules to auto-assign tickets based on round-robin or balanced conditions.
