Customizing Inbox Preferences
Inbox Preferences in Richpanel allow you to personalize how your inbox appears and functions.
Steps to Customize Inbox Preferences
1. Access Inbox Preferences
- Navigate to Settings → Your Preferences → Inbox Preferences.
2. Choose Conversation List View
- Select how you want conversation cards to appear:
- Basic Cards: Minimal view showing only essential details.
- Detailed Cards: Includes additional information such as customer name, subject, and assigned agent.
3. Customize Layout
- Choose your preferred layout for viewing conversations:
- Split View: Displays the list of conversations on one side and the message content on the other.
- List View: An email-like layout showing conversation titles and summaries in rows.
4. Enable Undo Sent Messages
- Toggle the Undo Sent Message option under the email settings to allow message cancellation within a selected time window.
Adjust the conversation list, layout, and undo options to create a more intuitive inbox experience.
