Configure Spam Filtering Bots
Spam Filtering Bots in Richpanel help you manage and filter unnecessary or irrelevant conversations automatically, keeping your inbox clean and focused on customer needs.
Access Spam Filtering Settings
- Navigate to Settings → Automation → Spam Filtering Bots in your Richpanel account.
Configure Filters
1. Trash Autoresponders:
- Enable this filter to trash auto-generated emails, such as out-of-office replies.
2. Trash Role-Based Emails:
- Filters out emails sent to non-personal addresses like noreply@, marketing@, support@, etc.
3. Trash Marketing Emails:
- Automatically detects marketing emails (e.g., emails with unsubscribe links) and filters them out.
4. Trash-Specific Emails:
- Add specific email addresses or domains to be filtered. Use the Add Email or Domain option to list these manually.
5. Never Trash These Emails:
- Add exceptions to ensure certain emails are never filtered, even if they match the rules.
