Aftership Tracking Integration with Richpanel

Overview

Connect Aftership Tracking with Richpanel to give your support agents direct access to shipping information within your customer service platform.

Benefits of the Integration

• Seamless post-purchase experience: Give your customers a seamless post-purchase experience with Aftership Tracking's tracking URL attached to the order on the Richpanel widget.
• Transparent order tracking: Allow your customers to track their order at each event on the Richpanel support widget and build more confidence in your brand.
• Tracking details on the ticket: Get order shipment details with each ticket you receive a customer query, on the inbox sidebar within Richpanel.

Setting Up the Integration

Step 1: Access the Integrations Page

1. Log in to your Richpanel dashboard
2. Click here to navigate to Integration Settings: https://app.richpanel.com/apps/browse-apps

Step 2: Find and Select Aftership Tracking

1. In the search bar, type "Aftership Tracking" or simply "after" to filter the available integrations
2. Locate Aftership Tracking in the Ecommerce Apps section
3. Click on the Aftership Tracking integration card to begin setup

Step 3: Retrieve Your Tracking Portal URL

1. Open your Aftership Tracking settings here - https://admin.aftership.com/tracking/urls-and-domain
2. Locate your Universal URL (it should look like: https://yourstore.aftership.com/)

As shown in Image 2, you can find:

• The Universal URLs section
• Your branded tracking domain
• Copy URL buttons for easy copying

Step 4: Complete the Integration

1. Select your store from the dropdown menu
2. Paste your Aftership tracking base URL in the "Tracking base URL" field
3. Click on "Add Integration" to complete the setup

How It Works

Once the integration is complete:

1. Tracking Information: When customers inquire about their orders, your agents will have immediate access to tracking information
2. Branded Experience: Customers will be directed to your branded Aftership Tracking page when they click on tracking links
3. Automatic Replacement: All existing tracking links will be automatically replaced with your Aftership Tracking URL
