Add Multiple Brands
The brand setup allows you to create a unique identity for your business by customizing the logo, colors, and localization settings. Once configured, this personalization enhances your helpdesk and self-service experience for customers
Go to Settings → Brands → Create a New Brand
1. Add Name
Enter the name of your new brand.
2. Update Brand Logo and Icon
Upload your brand’s logo and icon for a visual identity.
3. Choose Brand Color
Select the color that represents your brand and will appear across the helpdesk and self-service sections.
4. Country and Phone Code
Set your brand’s primary country and corresponding phone code.
5. Timezone
Choose the appropriate timezone for your brand’s location.
6. Default Language
Set the default language your brand will use for customer interactions.
