Add Auto-BCC Email
Automatically BCC an email address for every message sent by your agents to keep track of conversations.
1. Go to Settings → Helpdesk Settings
Navigate to the Auto BCC.
2. Add the Email Address
Enter the email address you want to BCC for all agent messages.
3. Save Settings
Once saved, every message sent by an agent will automatically include the BCC email.
Auto-BCC ensures that a copy of every message sent by agents is automatically forwarded to a specified email address. This is useful for maintaining records, auditing communication, or sharing conversations with a team or supervisor.
